Information you provide

Your inquiry includes your contact details, watch information, optional photos, policy acknowledgment, and the IP address supplied by Cloudflare when you submit the form.

How it is used

I use it to respond, plan shipping, document approved work, provide service and warranty support, and keep business records. Transactional emails and attached estimate documents are processed by Resend for delivery; customer replies are received through Proton Mail. Email providers may process messages and attachments to deliver them.

Form security, photos, and email

Cloudflare Turnstile checks service requests to help prevent spam. The website processes submitted details and photos to send a service inquiry through Gmail, with photos as email attachments. Gmail also sends a confirmation email. This form does not create a separate website photo archive or submission database. These providers process information needed to operate the form; their privacy practices also apply.

Photos are not published on the website. Photos are attached to the service inquiry delivered to the business mailbox and may be retained with that email. Please upload watch photos only, without identification documents or unnecessary personal information.

Policy acceptance records

Service-request emails record your agreement acknowledgment, the agreement version and fingerprint, the service reference, the server’s receipt time, and your Cloudflare-provided IP address. The request form creates no separate submission database; the estimate approval service stores separate authorization records as explained below.

Estimate approvals and electronic signatures

When we send you a private service estimate for approval, Cloudflare D1 stores the estimate reference, customer contact information, work summary, price, PDF fingerprint, approval status, and, if you sign, your typed name, timestamp, browser information, Cloudflare-provided IP address, and the exact authorization text. The original estimate PDF and any supporting reference photos are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. Estimate PDFs and these photos may also be attached to estimate invitation emails, and copies of approved documents and an authorization receipt may be attached to approval confirmations. Supporting photo fingerprints are preserved in the approval record. An individual link is sent by email and is required to review your estimate. We use this information to document work you authorized, resolve disputes, and maintain service records. It is not used for marketing. The estimate PDF and audit record are kept as business records as needed for service, warranties, accounting, and legal obligations; contact us through Request Service for records or privacy questions.

Keeping your information

Inquiry information and photos are kept as needed to respond to you, evaluate and document work, and maintain service, warranty, and ordinary business records. Use the Request Service page to ask about access, correction, or deletion. A privacy message does not change an existing service agreement.

Payment information

After work is approved and completed, we use PayPal Invoicing to prepare and send invoices. Customer name, email address, estimate reference, and approved charge are shared with PayPal for invoicing. Payment status is retrieved from PayPal, including through verified notifications where configured. PayPal processes payments, including Apple Pay where supported. Full card numbers and Apple Pay payment tokens are not stored by this website. PayPal and Apple’s privacy policies also apply.
